Only 1 in 5 applicants pass the in-person interview and are selected to continue to our next phase, which is background screening. fingerprint & checkboxBefore an applicant is hired by Community Watch Solutions to be a security officer he/ she must first undergo an extensive background check through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the FBI where the applicant’s fingerprints are compared to State and National databases. Upon successfully passing these checks Community Watch Solutions conducts additional criminal record, driving history and sex offender database checks and drug offender checks.
